Reply to our monthly “TheGuarantors Renewals Update” email with a list of our mutual tenants who are renewing. You can let us know by directly emailing us at leasing@theguarantors.com.
Each month, TheGuarantors will email your lease renewal team a list of our mutual tenants who have coverage expiring in the next few months.
This email has the subject “TheGuarantors Renewals Update” and the list of tenants will be attached.
Please respond to this email to confirm which tenants will and will not be renewing their lease.
You can also notify us that a tenant is renewing by sending an email to leasing@theguarantors.com. Please include the full names of the renewing tenants, as well as the following renewal lease details, in the body of your email:
- Unit number
- Gross monthly rent
- Lease start and end dates
Once our team has been notified that a tenant will renew, we will start processing the renter’s file for renewal coverage. We will notify your building’s lease renewal team via email once the renter has been approved for renewal coverage.
