Deposit Coverage - SDR全称为Security Deposit Replacement，中文是押金置换(公寓押金)。
客人购买这个产品后无需向公寓支付押金（security deposit），但客人仍需对房屋内的设施负责。
为什么要买Deposit Coverage：
通常情况下公寓在您入住前会收取一个月房租的金额作为押金，在合约结束后公寓对房屋的损坏程度进行排查后退还。Deposit coverage的优势在于您只需在入住前付一笔小的费用（通常为一个月的房租的6%-33%）去代替公寓所收的一个月房租作为押金，从而为您入住前节省了一笔开销。
