Documents Uploaded: 您的证件已上传，等待TheGuarantors审核
Approved：您的申请已通过TheGuarantors 的审核，TheGuarantors正在与大楼确认lease details，或TheGuarantors已收到lease details并且正在起草担保合同和付款链接
Payment and Signature： TheGuarantors已给您和所有室友发送签字和付款链接
在您 结清Remaining Balance和 完成Signatures 后，TheGuarantors 系统会自动关单并通知大楼您的担保申请已经完成。
