Can I add Deposit Coverage to my application?

To check Deposit Coverage availability, contact the building. They would need to confirm as Deposit Coverage availability varies among buildings.

Some buildings in our network do not accept Deposit Coverage and prefer to collect a cash security deposit. To add Deposit Coverage to your policy, we will need to confirm the change in coverage with your building’s leasing team.


Please contact the building's leasing team to confirm whether they accept Deposit Coverage, then ask them to email us confirming the change in your coverage.

Once the building has consented to adding Deposit Coverage, we will provide you with an updated invoice via email.
