You may cancel your policy via our customer portal or by email us at contactUS@msimga.com. If your payment is late or missing, you will be notified and your policy will go into pending cancellation status.

Please note that only a named insured on the policy can cancel. Your leasing office cannot cancel your policy for you. Moving out does not cancel your policy. Your policy can also be transferred to a new address when you relocate in the same state.
