Alternatively, if you already have a renters insurance policy, you can verify coverage through TheGuarantors insurance portal as well. How do I file a claim?
If you are covered by your community's protection program, and you need to file a claim, please reach out to your property management. Your property is covered under one master policy, and the landlord is responsible for filing the claim for the individual resident.
