If you are renewing an existing policy with TheGuarantors, your approval is valid for 30 days from the date of approval or up to your lease start date, whichever comes later.

Once our team has received your request, we will re-evaluate your application to determine if you can be reapproved. Please note that approval for the policy is not guaranteed upon re-evaluation of your application, as our approval criteria and your information may have changed from the initial date of approval.
