Your building’s leasing team will be automatically notified when you start your application and will be able to view the status of your application.
So long as the building you selected is in our network, the leasing team will be automatically notified when you start your application with TheGuarantors and notified again once we’ve made an approval decision. They will also be able to view the status of your application in real time.

If you haven’t already, please speak with the building’s leasing team to select an apartment and submit an application. The leasing team will likely need your application on file before they can provide us your lease details.
Once you sign and pay for your policy, please allow one day for our team to confirm your payment and finalize your policy, after which we will notify the leasing team that you are covered.
