How can I edit my application?

To edit a questionnaire response, click the green text. If you already submitted the questionnaire, contact us to update personal information. To update lease details, please have the leasing office email us.

I’m still working on my application. How can I edit my answer to an earlier question?


If you are still filling out our questionnaire, you can return to earlier questions by clicking on the green text that you would like to edit. You will then be prompted to edit and re-submit your answer to the question.

I submitted my application. How can I upload my ID?

To submit your ID after the application is submitted, email a clear copy of the front of your ID to underwriting@theguarantors.com. We can accept the following file types: JPG, JPEG, PNG, and PDF.

I submitted my application. How can I edit my personal details?

You will not be able to directly edit your application once it has been submitted. To update your application, please text SUPPORT to +1 929-556-6810.* Then, type "Update personal information." Once we have received your request, our team will update your application on your behalf and notify you when the update is complete.

I submitted my application. How can I edit my lease details?

You will not be able to directly edit your application once it has been submitted. 

If you will be switching to a different building, please provide us with your new lease details by texting SUPPORT to +1 929-556-6810.* Then, type "Update building address."

If you will be staying in the same building, ask the building’s leasing team to provide us with your new lease details over email. We will not be able to update the lease details on your application without receiving prior confirmation from the building.
