How do I find my policy documents after signing?

Once you and your roommates sign the contract and complete payment, you'll receive an email with a copy of the policy. Check your inbox and spam folder. If you can't find it, contact us to request a copy.

Once you and each of your roommates (if applicable) have signed the contract, you will be emailed a copy. 


Please note that your policy is not active until you have also completed payment. Once you have signed and paid, we will provide your building’s leasing team with a copy of the finalized policy.


We recommend that you save a copy of the documents to your computer for your personal records.


I signed and paid but I still can’t find a copy of my contract. Can you resend it to me?


Please be sure to double check your inbox and spam folder for an email from us regarding your completed contract. Your contract will be attached to this email.


If you cannot find the email in your inbox or spam folder, please contact us by texting SUPPORT to +1 929-556-6810.* Then, type "Resend my policy."

Provided that your policy has been activated, our team will respond with a copy of your signed contract and policy.
