If you would like to apply for a building that is not in our network, the building must first register with TheGuarantors before our team can review your application. Choosing a building outside of our network may delay your application by several days, until the building is registered with TheGuarantors. It is important to note that we will only be able to review your application once the building is registered.
To determine if the building has completed registration with TheGuarantors, please contact the building's leasing team directly.
I’m short on time. How can I locate a building that already accepts TheGuarantors?
You can search for properties that already work with us at https://theguarantors.com/renters by typing a city or zip code into the "Your Next Building Address" field. Buildings that appear in the drop-down accept TheGuarantors.
If you are searching for properties in the New York City area, you can also download our Google Chrome Extension. After installing the extension to your browser, simply go to www.streeteasy.com and our TheGuarantors symbol
