If your policy is not compliant, please modify your policy or increase your coverage levels; alternatively, you can purchase a compliant policy with TheGuarantors.
(1) You can call your existing insurance provider to modify your policy or increase your coverage levels. Then, re-verify your policy through TheGuarantors insurance portal to confirm that your policy is compliant. If you are having challenges digitally verifying your policy, please contact our support team at ri@theguarantors.com.
(2) You can purchase a compliant policy with TheGuarantors, guaranteed to meet your building’s recommended coverage levels. TheGuarantors will automatically update your building on your policy letting us know that your policy is compliant.
If you were able to successfully login to your insurance provider, but you are still unable to verify coverage, several things could be happening.
(1) You selected a linked policy, but your policy is not-compliant. In this case, the web page will notify you of the reason(s) that your policy is not-complaint. You can call your existing insurance provider to modify your policy or increase your coverage levels. Then, re-verify your policy through TheGuarantors insurance portal to confirm that your policy is compliant.
(2) You were unable to select a linked policy, because you do not have an active policy with your insurance provider. In this case, you can purchase a policy with your insurance provider or with theGuarantors. If you purchase with theGuarantors, your policy is automatically verified.
