Building Address and Unit Number

theGuarantors needs to ensure that your policy reflects the correct location. Please make sure your renter’s insurance policy lists the accurate address where you will be living. If you are unsure about your address or unit number, you can refer to your lease agreement or check with your property’s leasing team.

Names and Email Address

To ensure that we can match your renter’s insurance policy with the lease data from the property, please list all leaseholders on the policy as co-insured. Additionally, use the same email address you provided to your landlord when submitting your renter’s insurance verification.

Policy Coverage

theGuarantors will check your policy coverage against the property’s insurance requirements. If you need more details about what your landlord requires, please check with your landlord directly. When you submit your policy for verification, theGuarantors will notify you if any part of your policy does not meet the requirements.
